Fiona Ashley Mukasa-Eiting is a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of North Texas at Dallas, specializing in adolescents and young adults. She brings professional experience as an Academic Advisor, supporting youth and families with academic planning, career exploration, and post-secondary transitions.
Fiona is passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, identity development, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation challenges. Her counseling approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and incorporates strengths-based and expressive interventions to foster insight, resilience, and personal growth.
She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their goals.
