Individual Teletherapy

Secure, confidential virtual counseling for youth (12+) and adults across Texas. Sessions are personalized to support your unique goals and emotional needs.
Teletherapy provides the flexibility to engage in meaningful therapeutic work from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, or emotional regulation challenges, sessions are structured to promote safety, collaboration, and measurable progress.
Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused techniques, and mindfulness practices, we work together to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.
Trauma-Focused Therapy
Specialized, evidence-based treatment designed to help individuals safely process and heal from traumatic experiences. Trauma may affect thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning — but it does not have to define your future.
Using approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), we work collaboratively to reduce distressing symptoms, reprocess painful memories, and restore a sense of safety and stability. Treatment is paced intentionally to ensure emotional readiness and support throughout the healing process.

Anxiety can impact your thoughts, relationships, sleep, and overall sense of stability. Through evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, we work together to identify triggers, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build healthier coping mechanisms.
Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control — not just temporarily, but with tools that support long-term emotional well-being.
Clinical Supervision
I truly enjoy working with associates on this exciting journey. Counseling supervision is an important step in your process to becoming a professional counselor. The purpose of this time is to develop and grow your skills as a clinician. Because of the nature of this relationship, it is essential that both parties are equally invested and are a good match.
