Tiera Hughes is an EMDR-trained Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 14 years of clinical experience. She earned her Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas and has dedicated her career to helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges.

Tiera has worked in residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and community-based settings, including supporting children who have experienced abuse and sexual trauma. She is passionate about providing culturally responsive care and reducing the stigma around mental health within underserved communities.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate — she believes healing is a choice, and clients are empowered to reclaim control over their lives. Outside of her professional work, Tiera enjoys music, reading, travel, and spending quality time with her family.
